We'll give you the skills, the knowledge, the training plan and the confidence to get out there on the trail... and we promise you'll have a ton of fun along the way! Whether you are training for a race or just focusing on being the healthiest individual that you can be, we'll help you set your goals, reach them and then set that bar higher.




Join coach Shannon Mahre for a day of trail running (with some hiking on the uphills, too!), learning and fun in the beautiful Yakima area. We'll start the day off at the trailhead of the Yakima Skyline Trail where we will embark on our running adventure (we'll walk the uphills and jog the flats and downhills). Afterwards, we'll head to Canyon River Ranch to enjoy Canyon River Grill's gourmet box lunches river side. Post-lunch, Shannon will take you through your take-home body-weight strength workouts and then through a yoga for runners session. After this last little workout sesh, we'll enjoy happy hour on the lawn as Shannon goes over over your nutrition & endurance training plans (distances vary on your personal goals --- choose from 5K-50 miler running or walk/running) and she'll answer any questions you may have.
