WHICH CLINIC SHOULD YOU SIGN UP FOR?

BEGINNER CLINICS : Our Beginner Clinics will get you back on a bike and help you get comfortable on two wheels so that you can have fun on your local trails with your friends and family. We will focus on proper riding form, braking and shifting techniques, descending, ascending, speed control and balance. Our first two hours will be on grass working on skills and the last two hours will be on trail working on our skills in a more fun, natural environment.

INTERMEDIATE CLINICS : Our Intermediate Clinics will help you safely progress, mentally and physically so that you have the skills and tools to tackle harder, more technical trails. We will be focusing on braking, shifting, proper body positioning, ascending, descending, speed control, track stands, roll downs and we'll even introduce you to small drops if you are ready. Our first two hours will be on the grass working on skills and the last two hours will be on trail working on our skills in a natural environment.

ADVANCED CLINICS : Our Advanced Clinics are for those riders that are ready to up their game on those fast, flowy and technical trails. We will focus on cornering, roll downs, drops, intro to jumping, advanced ascending and descending skills, track stands and line choice. Our first two hours will be on the grass working on skills and the last two hours will be on trail working on our skills in a natural environment.
